Russian Bitcoin exchange published source code

In response to the crackdown by the Russian government against Bitcoin and other digital currencies, a Bitcoin exchange now published its own source code in the Bitcoin Talk Forum and at Reddit. The exchange justified the action with that they want to help other companies to implement their software.

The three founders have more than $ 100,000 and a year of work invested in programming work in the development of the exchange. Nevertheless, there are the founders preferred due to the increasingly stringent regulatory climate in Russia, cancel its official launch and make available their work to the public.

Bitcoin is currently under increasing pressure from the Russian authorities. At the beginning of the year some Bitcoin sites were blocked and were no longer accessible. In the latest example of the Bitcoin News website BTCsec.com and the event webseite Smile Expo were victims of the Russian censorship.
